As part of the major renovation project, Commonpoint Queens undertook in late 2018 until April 2019, many of the tribute and memorial plaques that lined the hallway and walls were taken down.
Every plaque that hung throughout the facility has been incorporated into our new state-of-the-art digital touch-screen display. Each plaque was uploaded to the digital donor screen and wherever possible includes additional information about the donor and/or the person(s) honored or memorialized.
